Techni-Clean Australia places significant emphasis on environmental management and compliance with the relevant statutes and regulations. We are committed to the protection of the environment. Our philosophy is to develop systems and work practices that enhance and protect the urban domain, for the enjoyment of all the community.

Techni-Clean Australia is exempt from water restrictions (Exemption Number: WRE001226) and are able to carry out our services in our usual and responsible manner.

Techni-Clean exercises due diligence in preventing the pollution of the environment, and attends to all terms listed in the Protection of Environmental Operations Act 1997; (PEOA 1997). We have in place control measures and management tools, in order to ensure that pollution and damage to the environment is kept to an absolute minimum. Our ultimate goal is to manage environmental issues effectively, so as to preserve and enhance both the natural and urban domain

Techni-Clean Australia is committed to the protection of the environment.  Its philosophy is to develop systems and work practices that enhance and protect the urban domain for the enjoyment of all the community.

Techni-Clean Australia has implemented a systematic approach to controlling pollution of the environment.  The main objectives of the system are:
 
• to ensure that environmentally friendly products are used.
• that all necessary precautions are taken to ensure that the site is kept in a safe, healthy, and hygienic state.
• ensure environmental legislation is adhered to and any problems are immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
• to ensure safeguards are in place so that environmental risks are kept to an absolute minimum and where incidents occur they are dealt with promptly and efficiently in accordance with our      procedures.

Techni–Clean has in place an appropriate system for maximising compliance with the relevant environmental standards.  This is incorporated at all operational levels of the organisation and serves as the foundation for its operational approach.
