Techni-Clean Australia is Quality Assured to ISO9001:2000. This process began early 2004 with the introduction of a Quality Management System.

The Techni-Clean Australia Quality Management System provides the Company with the means of ensuring it consistently meets its business objectives, by providing high quality services to YOU.  It is a mechanism for the continual improvement of its quality management system and operations.

Within the quality management system there are several actions which act to ensure Continuous Improvement remains a priority within the company. These include –

• Regular audits on all departments and functions within the company
• Process Improvement Reports which are completed for any non-conformance identified within the company, either within audits or from day to day activities
• Monthly Team Management meetings which are attended by managers from all departments

All members of the Techni-Clean Australia organisation have embraced our Quality Management System. This allows us to deliver consistently high standards to all of our customers. As our Quality Management System is still relatively young, it is expected that the quality of service delivered by Techni-Clean Australia will continue to improve

Techni-Clean Australia’s Quality Policy

Techni-Clean Australia operates a national graffiti removal and surface protection business based in Sydney.  The Company is committed to using rapid removal strategies and innovative techniques to provide quality products and services through its structured Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management systems.

In addition to providing graffiti removal and surface protection services itself, the Company sponsors and manages a franchise network also operating as Techni-Clean Australia.  The Company monitors the performance of franchisees to ensure that its own corporate goals and objectives are achieved consistently throughout that network.

Techni-Clean Australia aims to achieve Australian best practices for the industry and continually improve performance to ensure that its quality objectives are achieved consistently on a Company wide basis.  This management philosophy extends to all staff employed by Techni-Clean Australia and to all Franchisees.

In order to ensure that it provides the quality of services that its Clients expect Techni-Clean Australia has established business objectives to:

• be reliable, dependable, accurate and consistent in providing the services desired by its clients.
• be responsive in providing prompt and unfailing services on-time every time.
• listen and respond to the specific, individual and differing needs of its clients.
• provide excellent services focusing on improvement.

Techni-Clean Australia has established a quality management system based on the requirements of AS/ISO 9001:2000 Quality management systems – Requirements.  The Company strives to achieve Client satisfaction through the planning and control of all its activities as set out in this quality management system.
