At Techni-Clean Australia we always make safety a priority , taking all the necessary steps to minimise hazards on all job sites by creating contract specific documents and procedures such as; Safe Work Method Statements, Project Safety Plans and Induction Procedures.
Material Safety Data Sheets
All Techni-Clean work vehicles and offices contain an up to date copy of every relevant MSDS. Copies are available and easily identifiable to all team members to ensure that there is a thorough knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) handling and usage requirements. A copy of these MSDS sheets can be downloaded from the ‘Products’ section of our website.
Safe Work Method Statements
On every job site the hazards are different, and so Techni-Clean Australia work methods are changed to incorporate these hazards. A copy of our SWMS will be made available to you upon commencement of work at your request.
Project Safety Plans
Techni-Clean Australia has Project Safety Plans in place for all large job sites, which are adapted to meet the contract specific requirements.
Induction Procedures
Techni-Clean Australia has project Specific Induction Procedures in place for all large job sites to ensure that all team members involved have a thorough understand of what is expected of them.
Techni-Clean Australia OHS Policy
Techni-Clean Australia is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for its employees, clients and visitors. In order to demonstrate this we have resources committed to providing effective injury management initiatives and rehabilitation programmes to minimise the risk and incidence of hazards that are present in the workplace.
Techni-Clean Australia’s management and staff support safe work practices. We aim to promote a culture that fosters these ideals and we sustain this through our ongoing commitment to training and consultation with employees and industry professionals.
Our goal is to minimise the risk of serious injury at the workplace by implementing the Safety Management System (SMS) and developing a workplace that reflects best practices in regards to OHS&R. Compliance with the present legislation is the minimum standard and wherever possible we work toward continually improving our safety systems and methods.
Every person at Techni-Clean Australia is required to follow the guidelines that form our SMS. Staff and Management are required to carry out their duties in a manner that is conducive to safe work practices and reducing the risk of injury to themselves, visitors and the general public.
Managers and staff are required to assess and minimise risks that they encounter in their duties whilst an employee of Techni-Clean Australia or a franchisee. They are required to ensure that they monitor and evaluate these risks in accordance with the SMS guidelines.
